WoW Cooking Guide
Levels
1-375
In this WoW
Cooking guide I am going to
go over levelin up to levels 375.
Alliance Cooking Guide (Level 1-375):
Apprentice - Levels 1-75
1. First you will need to learn the
Cooking skill. You can train to be an apprentice by visiting
one of the many trainers in
either one of the towns or villages. You will need to pay 9
copper to train.
2. Now to level up quickly to level
40, make Spiced Bread. Spiced Bread will cost you 30 copper for
every 5 pieces of bread.
3. Once you hit level 40 it's time to
move to some new recipes. At level 40 cook Roasted
Board Meat with Chunk of Boar
Meat from Boars found in
Elwynn Forest and Dun Morogh, Charred Wolf
Meat with Stringy Wolf
Meat found on Wolves in Elwynn Forest and
Dun Morogh, or Roasted Moongraze
Tenderloin found on Azuremyst Isle. These are all
good options in order to level up. Continue to make either one
of these recipes until you hit level 50. Atleast 10 pieces of
meat will need to be made in order to reach level 50.

-Since your skill points will decrease as you gain more
experience, when you reach level 10 you should learn how to
cook Spiced Wolf Meat. If you happen to be low on meat
you can replace the meats with Spiced
Bread instead. Making Beer Boasted Board
Ribs can be used as an alternative as well. You will
be able to make that once you get the quest reward in Dun
Morough. It can also be purchased in the Pig and
Whistle Tavern in Stormwind's old town from Kendor
Kabonka
4. At skill level 50 you will be able
to turn Clam Meat and Refreshing Spring Water to Boiled Clams. And you will be able
to turn Coyote
Meat into Coyote Steak. Cooking both of these will allow
you to level up to level 100.
Journeyman - Levels
75-125
5. When you reach level
75 make sure that you find a trainer to train to
be Journeyman. This will cost you 5 silver to
train.
6. Find Kendor Kabonka in
Old Town in the Pig and Whistle Tavern. Kendor sells 10 to
12 recipes that level up to 130. Some of the recipes
are quest rewards from other zones. Make sure to get the
Redridge
Goulash recipe and the Murloc Fin Soup recipe.
7. Next, go
to Westfall and level up to 90 by making
Goretusk Liver Pie.
8. To reach level
125 while you're still in Westfall, harvest
some Clam Meat from the Shore Crawlers and cook
them using the Clam Chowder recipe. You can get this recipe
from Kriggon Talsone at
the WestFall Light House.
9. Next visit your
cooking trainer to attain Expert Cooking for 95 Silver.
Expert
- Levels 125 -
200
10. Head back to the
Wetlands and grind Murlocs, Crocolisks, and
Raptors. You will want to cook Crocolisk Gumbo,
Goblin Deviled Clams, Curiously Tasty Omelet, and Murloc Fin Soup. Cooking these will allow you to
progress to level 190.
11. Once you
reach level 190, go to Desolace
and locate Vendor-Tron 1000 and Super-Seller
680. These two vendors will only spawn once an
hour for 10 minutes and in two different places.
They only show up at a caravan that moves
through Desolace so you will need to locate them at their
respective locations.
Vendor-Tron 1000 has about 5 recipes that
you can get and Super-Seller 680 has only one recipe that
will be close to your skill level and then 3 others
that are for level 275. Get these
recipes.
12. Go to Tanaris and grind
the wolves and hyaenas. This will give you Red Wolf Meat and skorpids that
can be used for Mystery Meat. Use both of these to level
up to level 200 by cooking Hot Wolf
Ribs and Carrion
Surprise.
13. Once you've
reached level 200 visit your trainer to earn the
Artisan cooking level. You will need to pay 2
gold and 25 silver.
Master -
Levels 200 - 375
14.
Next you will want to head
over to Felwood at the Talonbranch Glade. Once here find
Malygen behind the house. Purchase the three recipes he's
selling.
15. Now you're going
to want to stay in Felwood. Look around the area for
bears. Grind the bears and use them for Bear Flank. Cook these to make Charred Bear Kabobs or Juicy
Bear Burger. Bear Flank can also be found on the bears in
Feralas near Twin Colossals. Doing this will get you to
level
275.
16. Now you will
want to get the Desert Recipe quests by going
to Cenarion Hold in Silithus and speaking with
Calandrath. The third quest will give you the Recipe,
Smoked Desert Dumplings. Now you'll want to
grind the strikers and Dredge Crushers. This should
give you Sandworm Meat. You will need 10 more
of these than is required by the quest and Sooting Spices
to get to level
300.
17. Next head to
Outland and learn the Ravager Dog recipe.
You can learn this from Sid Limbardi who's at Honor Hold.
Now farm 25 Ravager Flesh from Ravagers South West on
the path to Terrokar. You can find the ravegers by going
to the Expedition Armory and going West. In order to
proceed you'll need to be atleast level
325.
18. Now you're going
to want to fly to Telaar in Nagrand. Once there buy the
Talbuk Steak and Roasted Clefthoof recipe from
Uriku. If you go North East from Ring of Trials south to
Kil'sorrow Fortress, you will be able to
get all of the Clefthoof Meat and Talbuk
Venison that you are going to need. Make sure to farm
both of these until you have a total of 25-30
pieces. To continue you'll need to be
at 350.
19. Now you will want
to fly to Ruuan Weald in Blade's Edge Mountains.
Once there purchase the Mok'Nathal Shortribs
and the Crunchy Serpent recipe. You'll get
these from Xerintha Ravenoak. Now you will want
to fly to the crossroads above Death's Door in
the South East part of Blade's Edge Mountains.
Once you get there farm about 15 to
20 Raptor Ribs and Serpent Flesh. Once you do
this you will be able to train Grand Master Level. Head
over to Northrend to complete
this.
Now in
order to cut through figuring all of this out by
following this guide, or trying to figure it out on your
own, I would highly recommend the Ultimate WoW guide.
That guide will specificy for you the exact
path that your specific character should take for
the fastest and most efficient leveling method than this
guide could possibly give you. You'll be shown in
game where to go and what to do. This isn't a guide
that you have to read but is completely in game so
it's pretty friggen cool. Whether you are Horde
or Alliance the Ultimate WoW guide will have you
covered. Click the Link below to get
it.
